Art & Design

“Through my art, I aim to share my unique perspective, inviting others to see life through my eyes. Heavily inspired by nature and my Texas roots, I enjoy creating pieces that reflect how I experience the world. Whether through painting, sculpture, digital art, or mixed media, I embrace the limitless possibilities of creating unique pieces.

My goal is to make a connection with others. In my works, I translate my personal experiences into a visual language, inviting others to reflect on their own relationship with the world around them.”

Native Texan

My story is from the perspective of being Texan. Like most natives, we are proud of our state and our heritage. This painting symbolizes that sense of pride.

Panhandle Paradise

The creation of this work began in the panhandle of TX on the Richards family Ranch. As a family we would often go out to check the cattle, have a picnic and shoot guns. The land is vast and wide. It is windy and the clouds move often in contrasting directions. The dust and light create amazing colors in the dusk skies.

Life is Like…

This relief print exemplifies the simplistic beauty of nature. The fine quill holding strong and intact long after it’s left its host. Art always evokes questions for me. Did you know it takes five to seven years for a quill to decompose? Largely due to it’s keratin content.

Chirp

I enjoy learning about nature. This little guy was in a Smithsonian handbook about birds and he caught my eye so I drew him just because it made me happy. Not every piece of art is always intended for other viewers but he’s so cheerful I had to share.
